Window Cleaning is Our Passion

OMG!! Our window cleaner is BRUSHING the screens off before he rehangs them, front and back. I've never seen (window cleaners) do this before, but it is a very good thing. Many years ago, management literally had to come to the property and chase (a former contractor) up the ladder, and kept having to "encourage" the vendor to finish the job. Please tell (Strategic Cleaning & Access) that what they are doing is wonderful.
