Recently we had an event for First Thursday in the Pearl District that featured three artists with music, food and wine. OMG!! Our window cleaner is BRUSHING the screens off before he rehangs them, front and back. I’ve never seen (window cleaners) do this before, but it is a very good thing. Many years ago, management literally had to come to the property and chase (a former contractor) up the ladder, and kept having to “encourage” the vendor to finish the job.
