Strategic Cleaning & Access was born 23 years ago as an idea. We have since built a growing company founded on the principles of customer service and loyalty. One of the main contributors to our success over the years is our actual definition of “success.” Throughout the business world, there are many standards of success, and even so in the contractor industry. Some measure it by the amount of money made, some by number of employees, and others by how cheaply the final product can be provided.
At Strategic Cleaning & Access, we measure success differently. It’s easy to quantify, too. We measure our success by how many of our customers continue doing business with us. This may seem over-simplified, but think of the implications:
